Weight loss therapy is my specialty. I am excited to provide weight loss therapy services to the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area to help others shed the excess pounds and finally reach a healthy weight.

I am trained as a certified provider of The Anderson Method ® which was created by William Anderson, LMHC, licensed psychotherapist. Mr. Anderson has personally maintained a weight loss of 140 pounds for over 25 years. He helped me to lose the excess weight I gained after having my daughters and to obtain a healthy weight. I had tried and tried to lose it on my own and could not believe that I began to drop the pounds immediately after starting the program. I am excited to share this program with others!
What is The Anderson Method ®?
The Anderson Method ® is a structured weight management and therapy program for permanent weight loss. It teaches state-of-the-art therapeutic techniques to help you learn new habits so that permanent weight loss becomes automatic. The emphasis is on creating new habits you can live with so that you can lose weight and maintain the weight loss permanently. The method combines cognitive-behavior therapy, behavior therapy, psychodynamic counseling, cybernetic self-management or reprogramming technique, psychoeducation and nutrition education.
The Anderson Method ® approach to weight loss provides you with a minimum of 12 weeks of personalized therapy that is tailored specifically to your own needs and goals.
For those who have tried several different "diets" and exercise programs and been unsuccessful in losing weight, or even gained more weight, this is a program that will get to the heart of why we overeat and why we really have not lost the weight.
